Wheelchair Access

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a parking space outside our practice which is reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.

If you have a Chiropody or Physiotherapy appointment booked for the first floor of our Loft Suite please note that we have installed a new Stannah Chairlift.  This is much safer for our patients than the previous lift.

If you are wheelchair bound but able to get out of your chair to use the lift then you will still be able to use the first floor services, there will be a wheelchair on the first floor for you to use. Unfortunately, if you are unable to get out of your wheelchair either solo or with your own carer, we regret that you will no longer be able to use the first floor services.

Disabled Parking - Blue Badge Scheme

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.

Loop System

We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired. For more information on the loop hearing system visit the Hearing Link website.

Blind/Partially Sighted

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a CD or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.
